So I left the warm confines of the ever cozy Casa Pride, and trundled off to nearby Coxhall Gardens in Carmel, camera in hand. I wanted to see the trees in all their glory. LOTS of them. I wasn't disappointed.
I just love barns, especially newly painted red ones, against the backdrop of snowy white. So simple.
Everything benefitted from the dusting of snow.
Except the poor little cold robins. They looked so forlorn. You would hear his teeth chattering, if he had them.
I love this view across the pond.
And here is the view across the pond behind the Chinese Church on 116th Street in Carmel.
But no view is so lovely as that of Home Sweet Home, Casa Pride...................
The garden is so pretty in the snow.
Won't be long and our redbuds will be in bloom. Then all this snow will be a distant memory.
And we will be sitting under this arbor, enjoying the wisteria blooms.
